The sour economy hasn't spoiled the plans of those hoping to build guest rooms, fine dining and more wineries in a Temecula Valley Wine Country still popular with tourists.
At least 120 guest rooms along with more restaurants and wineries are on tap for the vineyard-covered area as entrepreneurs add to existing facilities or build new ones.
Tough times haven't dampened visitors' enthusiasm for Wine Country. Winery owners said visitors tend to spend less these days, but the number of guests remains steady.
