British celebrity chef GORDON RAMSAY's finances have been dealt another blow - a second wine importer is chasing him for unpaid bills.The outspoken Hell's Kitchen star's business empire has been damaged during the economic downturn, and Ramsay was on the brink of bankruptcy last year (09) until he pumped USD 8 million (GBP 5 million) of his own money into his companies.
