AU - Funds raised in the auction of 12 bottles of wine will be used to fund a 'water bank' for South Australia.
The bottles of 2005 Penfolds Grange vintage were released yesterday and are retailing at more than $500 each.
The Murray Darling Association in South Australia has purchased a dozen to auction off.The association's general manager Ray Najar says the money raised will be used to buy water for a 'water bank', which will store water for special environmental purposes.
