RIVERCAP and SPARFLEX Merge their Capsule Operations

BUSINESS WIRE--The Spanish wine capsule company, RIVERCAP SA, is joining forces with its French counterpart, SPARFLEX SA, to better serve their wine and spirits clients.
This operation is the result of a common vision of the world capsule market for cork-finished wines and spirits, where both companies have identified important synergies in their commercial and manufacturing operations.
This new group will create the critical mass necessary to address the demands of the current wine and spirit markets, particularly in terms of response time and innovation of high-end capsules.
The objective of this new group is to offer better customer service, a larger range of products, state-of-the-art technology and a manufacturing capacity on several continents.
