Billionaire Bill Koch isn't letting up in his campaign against counterfeiting in the high-priced wine world. The energy tycoon and avid oenophile has just filed a lawsuit in federal court in New York accusing auction house Christie's of being "among the leaders of counterfeit wine sales." The complaint says Christie's engaged in racketeering, and demands a jury trial.
"While we have great respect for Mr. Koch," Christie's spokesperson Toby Usnik said in an email, "we believe the allegations in this complaint are incorrect. We look forward to the opportunity to prove our position in court
