The St. Helena Planning Commission approved a use permit Tuesday for Napa Valley Think Tank, a new wine lab at 1432 Main St., the former site of Morrison Funeral Chapel and Crush.The applicants say the business will include a commercial wine laboratory, a winemaking supply store and consulting services.Commissioners’ primary concerns were with safety. Commissioner Alan Galbraith said that, judging from the applicants’ plans, the lab won’t meet safety standards.
