(NapaValleyRegister) - If you need any proof that the wine business has pulled out of its slump, just look at the new winery projects in Napa Valley. Here are some:
The Del Dotto family, who owns a winery on Atlas Peak Road and one in Rutherford, is building Ca’Nani Winery in the northwest corner of the Yount Hills.
They broke ground for the new winery in March 2012. It has a permit to produce 20,000 cases of wine per year.
The 14-acre site will include a 16,000 square-foot cave area, a two-story, winery building and a guest house replacing two existing residences.
