UK firm in wine SO2 breakthrough

(SBS) - A British company is part of a multimillion-pound European research team which has found an alternative to sulphur dioxide in wine.
Food and drink research firm Campden BRI, of Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, is one of nine organisations which began work more than three years ago on a project funded with nearly STG2.5 million ($A3.91 million) from the European Commission.
