(SFGate) - Will this be the summer of our content? After two cold vintages - disastrous years for those hunting dramatic ripeness - 2012 has the makings of normalcy in Wine Country. With no big frosts to shrink yields, and a mild spring providing a potential bumper crop, this could be the year for everyone to breathe easy again. And with the prospect of a grape shortage on the open market, a big harvest would be manna.
