NZ: Wine harvest down 18 percent in 2012

(Yahoo) - New Zealand wine producers have an opportunity to shake out some of the newer, more opportunistic players that have emerged over recent years. There's been an 18 percent fall in the 2012 wine harvest. Rabobank Agribusiness banking specialist Marc Soccio says it will constrain New Zealand export shipments and affect those who have been buying bulk on the spot market.
