US: Robert Mondavi family's Napa estate up for auction

(SFGate) - George Clooney, this might be the house for you. Oprah, you too. The Kardashians, probably not.
The home of the late Robert Mondavi, who died in 2008 at the age of 94, is scheduled to be auctioned off Nov. 16.
Everything about the wine scion's Napa estate is big. The house is 11,500 square feet. The Silverado Trail property is sprawling - 57 acres - with 360-degree views of vineyards, meadows and mountains. The indoor swimming pool is 50 feet long and 40 feet wide. The kitchen can accommodate a professional crew of cooks - pizza oven and all. There are two lighted tennis courts and an elaborate security gate.
