Throughout this summer's sales campaign for 2010 Bordeaux futures, as châteaus released their wines at record prices and a number of loyal customers in America decided to pass, most analysts believed China would make up the difference. Thirst for high-end Bordeaux among China's wealthy has been growing for five years.
