Film legend Francis Ford Coppola is on the road again, promoting his second career as a winemaker. Francis Ford Coppola is having a bit of a nightmare.
This is the man who rewrote Hollywood’s rules when he directed The Godfather. Who for Apocalypse Now took on a subject as incandescently controversial as the Vietnam War, and ran a famously guerilla-style set on which Martin Sheen suffered a heart attack and real, stinking corpses were used as props.
It’s hard to see how he could possibly be fazed by anything, least of all… lunch.
