Wines of Brasil expects exports from the country's fledgling wine industry to rise by a third in value in 2011. The trade body has forecast exports of US$4.4m for the 12 months to the end of December this year. If the target is hit, that will constitute a 33% increase on the value of exports in 2010, Wines of Brasil's trade promotion manager, Andreia Gentilini Milan, told just-drinks yesterday (19 May).
