AUS: Food and wine labels planned to certify origins

Food and wine producers will be consulted about a plan to label local produce in South Australia to certify its origins.
SA Food Marketing Minister John Rau has announced a plan to introduce what is said to be Australia's first food and wine appellation controls.
Mr Rau says the labels would boost the profile of South Australia's various regions and increase the value of local food and wine.
