Philippines: Winemakers taught on new technology to boost production

(PIA) --The development of the province’s wine industry continues to move forward with the close assistance of the Industrial Technology Development Institute (ITDI) that recently trained 25 wine makers in the province on a more functional technology in producing wines.
The ITDI trainors made elaborate demonstration on the use of fermentation equipment, which would help wine makers increase the level of production. Through the improved technology, production volume would go up and would mean higher incomes for these women table fruit wine makers.
