Pol Roger will be the official Champagne at the Royal Wedding next week, Decanter.com can confirm. Amid feverish speculation – especially in the American press – around which Champagne will be served, Decanter.com has it on the highest authority that Pol Roger NV will be served.
Which wines will be served during the wedding breakfast at Buckingham Palace after the ceremony in Westminster Abbey is still a matter of debate: there are unconfirmed reports that an English wine will be on the table.
