A new style of winery is coming to the Okanagan, and it not only produces its own vintages, it helps other wine enthusiasts create their own wine.
Okanagan Crush Pad in Summerland is a virtual winery.
Virtual wineries cater to people who want to get into the wine industry but don’t have the capital to put into land, buildings and machinery.
Instead they can make their own commercial brands using a crush pad facility.
