A biodynamic vineyard is using milk and chamomile tea instead of chemicals to control downy mildew on wine grapes.
The warm, wet weather has brought on widespread outbreaks of mildew in many horticultural crops.
While many grape growers in the Canberra region won't pick because fruit quality is so poor, Lark Hill vigneron, Chris Carpenter says his vineyard has barely been affected.
