US: New York OKs Survival Budget for Wine Industry

Pest management funding is restored; wine and grape foundation funded at last year's level.Last week, for the first time in a number of years, and only the third time in the past 27, the New York State legislature passed the state’s annual budget before the deadline. For the New York grape and wine industry, while there were significant cuts, the outcome could have been much worse.
