UP to 400 off-licence jobs are at risk as struggling wine retailer Oddbins is set to go into administration. The chain desperately tried to restructure its debts via a company voluntary arrangement. But HM Revenue and Customs, which is owed £8.6million by Oddbins, did not think it was “viable”.
