Grabbing a drink in Avonmore takes a bit of planning.
The lone Wine & Spirits shop in the Westmoreland County town, a tiny storefront with a sales floor the size of a large living room, is open three days a week, for seven hours each day.
″It's hard to go to the liquor store in a small town,″ said Jonah Powell, 22, who lives a few blocks away.
