Windsor gearing up for Winter Wine Walk

Windsor’s second annual Winter Wine Walk, a charity event benefitting the local food bank, will be held Dec. 9. The wine and food pairing from 5 to 8 p.m. takes place in various shops and restaurants around the Town Green. The proceeds will go to Windsor Service Alliance, a food pantry that each week provides food for Windsor families and senior citizens. The Alliance also offers one-time assistance with rent and bills.While raising money for a cause, Winter Wine Walk also is intended to promote businesses around the Town Green and for local wineries.
