Cosentino shuts Acampo tasting room

ACAMPO - Cosentino Signature Wines PLC has shut down, closing the doors on both its Napa Valley winery in Yountville and the tasting room off Woodbridge Road in Acampo.Larry Soldinger, chairman of Cosentino Signature Wines, announced the closure Thursday in a brief statement posted at cosentinowinery.com. "In the end, we were unable to secure the required funding that was necessary to refinance our existing debt obligations during these extremely difficult economic times," he wrote.
The winery had been struggling for years.
