Corbett backs privatizing state's liquor, wine sales

6
HARRISBURG -- Attempting a historic change in the way Pennsylvania sells liquor and wine, Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Corbett proposes to end the state's monopoly and allow sales at private stores.
