What do liquor initiatives mean for the wine industry?

The November election is approaching, and there are two initiatives that could greatly affect how alcoholic beverages are sold in this state.The most prominent alcoholic beverage industry in our area is wine. Right now it's harvest time for a lot of those wineries, and many of them support the initiatives you'll be seeing on the November ballot. They say it gets rid of outdated restrictions from the 1930's.
