Liquor giant Constellation to shut Yarra Burn winery

US-based liquor giant Constellation will shut down its Yarra Burn winery in Victoria's Yarra Valley next month
The move is part of an ongoing consolidation of the company's Australian operations.
A Constellation spokeswoman said the company would retain Yarra Burn's vineyards, but future harvests would be processed at contract winemaking facilities.
"This is a continuation of our plan to focus on our core brands and control costs," the spokeswoman said.
