Vineyards are literally being given away in the Margaret River wine region in Western Australia.Due to the current wine glut, grower assets have lost so much value they have to sell at a loss.Over 20 vineyards are on the market right now.
But real estate agent Brain Moulton says nothing is actually for free these days."As they say, there are no free lunches in the world. Properties are being sold with improvements of houses and dams and the acreage," he says.
