Foster’s Units May Be Targets for Tsingtao, Bright, Reports Say

(Bloomberg) - Foster’s Group Ltd., Australia’s largest brewer, may get bids for its beer and wine units from China’s Bright Food Group Co. and Tsingtao Brewery Co., media reports said today.Bright Food has received information from bankers about Foster’s wine unit, as well as the beer division, the Australian Financial Review reported today, without saying where it got the information. The company hasn’t decided which assets it may be interested in, the newspaper reported.
