PIUMA is the expression of the personality of Salvatore and the talents of the winemakers Cesare and Franco who create this amazing 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine demonstrating its own unique personality and sensory qualities. A light sparkling character wine with an elegant and intense bouquet. Due to its roundness and harmony it is suited to be tasted at anytime of the day. Notes of green apple, white peach and citrus fruit. Alcoholic content: 11.5% / Serving temperature 8c – 10c.
